Bruce Dickinson, the lead singer of one of the greatest heavy metal bands on the planet, the Iron Maiden, is a guy with a resume and much, but not satisfied with their credentials, composer, writer, radio broadcaster and pilot of the own aircraft of the band, Ed Force One (I love that name!), he is now launching a watch by the French brand Matwatches, recognized for their creations inspired by the universe of the military and in aviation.

The clock, contrary to what many people may think, it is not a slot machine disposable to appeal to fans of Iron Maiden, but a piece that makes use of machinery swiss powered quartz, stainless steel case of 44mm, the dial with BGW9 Superluminova to read in environment of low light and protected by a glass-4mm sapphire crystal with anti-reflective bezel (ratchet) unidirectional, chronograph, and 3 options of bracelets, two of them in canvas (black or beige) and a brown leather. The cherry on top of the sundae is on account of the display that brings a drawing of Eddie the band’s mascot, with a band logo below on it is possible to read the name of the watch: Bruce Aeris.
How did you get the idea
Bruce met the Matwatches a few years ago when the brand presented it with one of their watches, the british liked it so much the piece went on to use it when you are flying and decided to create a unique watch to gift to the band mates and celebrate the Ed Force One, the result pleased him so much that they opted to commercially launch a limited edition.
